What we process and why
- Contact form: your name, email and message, to answer your enquiry (necessity for a contract or pre-contractual step, Art. 5/2-c, and legitimate interest, Art. 5/2-f). Messages are stored in our database provider (Supabase) and forwarded to us by email (Resend).
- Technical logs: IP address and browser data processed by our hosting provider to deliver and secure the site (legitimate interest, Art. 5/2-f).
- Videos: YouTube videos load only after you press play, in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Once loaded, Google processes your IP address and may store data on your device. Video thumbnails are served from our own server.
Cookies
We use no analytics or advertising cookies. The site stores your language choice (NEXT_LOCALE cookie) and, for authorised editors only, an admin session. These are strictly necessary and do not require consent.
International transfers and your rights
Some providers' servers are outside Türkiye; transfers comply with Article 9 KVKK (e.g. standard contracts). Under Article 11 KVKK you may request information, rectification, erasure, object to adverse automated decisions and claim compensation by writing to tsbandoneon@gmail.com. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days; you may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
